Charles, we are shocked and dismayed to learn of your father's passing. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of grieving. Your father was a constant and thoughtful friend to me and my family> His monumental intellect and colossal wit were always a source of delight in publication, in conversation, and always at the generous dinner parties he hosted for the ABI Staff. I recall fondly Chip's series of comedic sketch presentations at ABI Conferences - the trails and tribulations of Boris Badenoff - that not only informed on complex legal issues but entertained as well. He will be deeply missed.
