I am surprised and saddened to learn of Chip's passing. Chip and I served on a panel together at the Judge Joe Lee Institute CLE at UK last year. He was a pleasure to work with and brought both humor and education to this seminar. The entire bankruptcy legal community will miss Chip and is better off for having known him.
