Al Togut
Chip and I worked on several projects for the American Bankruptcy Institute, most notably on an important fee study and ethics project. He was the most honorable lawyer I've met and such a dedicated, hard worker. His work made a tremendous difference for the bench and bar. He was a true bar leader. When we finished the fee study, he gave everyone a Louisville slugger bat to signify that our work had "knocked it out of the park." It was his leadership that allowed us to do that. He was a great guy and will be sorely missed by the 11,000 ABI members.
