Message: I'm so sorry to hear of Whit's passing. He was a great guy and dear friend. I just had a nice conversation with him in December. I called him to let him know that the SEC network was featuring a story about a player from Tennessee that he played against and that he was in several of the game clips. He thanked me for letting him know that it would be repeated soon on that network. I hope he got to watch it.My sincerest sympathies go out to all his family and those he loved and cared about.
