Price, Jamie, Susan, Kimberley and families, Please accept our heartfelt condolences on the loss of your dear wife and mother. We will remember Sam very fondly and are so glad to have known her, and to have shared some very happy moments together at Jamie and Elisabeth's wedding and Emilia's baptism.
