Rose Marie Bowling Sims,
76, passed away Friday, July 28th to join her beloved husband. She was surrounded by her children. Rosie was born August 30th, 1940 to the late Lucille and Walter Bowling. She was a graduate of Loretto High School and was very passionate about the work she did as a life long hair stylist.

Rosie is preceded in death by her loving husband Thomas Sims Sr. and brothers, Ben and Bob Bowling.
Rose is survived by her son, Thomas Sims Jr. (Suzanne); daughters, Michelle Klein (John), Allison Harden (Christopher), Erin Smead (Michael); grandchildren Sydney, Madison, Payton, Drew, Alex and Emma; brothers Jim, Dick, Earl and Joe Bowling and sister Kathy Fritz (Bill)

Her funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, August 2nd at 12:00pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church located at 508 Breckenridge Lane with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2-8pm on Tuesday, August 1st at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, www.stbaldricks.org/donate.
