LYONS,
Paula Lynn, 60, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at her residence.
She graduated from Pleasure Ridge Park High School and attended the University of Kentucky and was a KY Colonel. Paula worked for Our Lady of Peace for over 30 years before working in the scheduling office at Norton Healthcare where her loving and caring nature earned her the nickname of “mom” by her co-workers.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arthur and Catherin Lyons and James C. and Pauline D. Stratton; and brother, Keith Stratton Lyons.
She is survived by her parents, Donald and Carole Stratton Lyons; sister, Sarah New (Michael); and her niece, Joanna New.
Her funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, April 24, 2017 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday at Highlands.
