MALCOLM,
Frances Earle Wood, passed away Sunday, April 9th at the age of 79.

She was born in Roanoke Rapids, N.C. to the late Earl and Mabel Gillis Wood. She was a graduate of Roanoke Rapids High School and Peninsula General Hospital School of Nursing in Salisbury, MD. She later retired as a Registered Nurse of Jewish Hospital in Louisville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Keith Malcolm.

She is survived by her two brothers, Fred Wood (Martha) of Fleming Island, FL. and Marvin Wood (Brenda) of Wilmington, NC. Several nephews and nieces also survive.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, April 12th at 2 p.m. at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with cremation to follow.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until time of service at Highlands.
