Lombardo, Vincent J. “Rick” Jr., 69, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Baptist Health Louisville.
Born in Louisville, he was a Respiratory Therapist for 37 years at Baptist Health. He was passionate about photography, and was the first president and co-founder of the Photo Forum, to which he still belonged. He taught his craft to others, and submitted and won multiple blue ribbons for his work.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent J. Lombardo, Sr. and Martha Ann (Vetter) Lombardo.
He is survived by his sister, Janet Givhan (Aaron); brothers, Michael (Janet) and Steve Lombardo; nieces, Marissa, Marlena, and Lauren Rose; nephews, Michael and Matthew; great-nephew, Logan; and a loving extended family and dear friends.
Rick’s memorial service will be at 6:00 pm Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Oncology Unit at Baptist Health Louisville.
