Condolence: All my sympathies to the whole Tebault clan. I knew Michael briefly through my friendship with his sister Bonnie in the mid to late 1970s. Bonnie helped me transition from my Navy service in Southeast Asia and Michael's return from Germany helped me understand how picayune my issues were. His fighting spirit (and he had to fight so hard) was an inspiration, and his progress through those years was so dramatic. I am sure, and I hope, the family has many more happy memories of Michael that mask this period of time for them. But the image of him that I carry is one of internal strength and resilience -- along with an overarching desire to live.
