Condolences

Condolence From: Doug Brent
Condolence: I met Jon flying model sailplanes about 20 years ago. One of the nicest guys at the field. After I crashed a plane he sold me one of his. I flew it many times and still have it. I kind of got out of that hobby then became reacquainted with Jon through the LBC. We rode together many times, often riding back toward the Highlands at the end of group rides. He was a great help to many club members and other cyclists. Jon was the guy who would change your tire, give you a tube, do the work without tire levers. Amazing. He is famously quoted as saying "the first thousand are the hardest." Rest in peace friend.

Condolence: "Big Bad John"....My friend, my gentle giant....I am still at a loss for words. It seems as if He calls upon His angels here on earth sooner than others.

Although we are sad and out of sorts here without you, we are comforted by the fact that you are definitely in a far more glorious place, amongst other angels such as yourself.

You touched the lives and hearts of everyone you came across, of that I am sure.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family and the host of others that are grieving from this loss.

Psalm 147:3 "He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds".
