MARTIN, Mary L., 88, of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Episcopal Church Home.
Born in Louisville, she was the former Mary Chandler and was an insurance underwriter for KY Farm Bureau. She loved dogs, and in her retirement showed Norwegian Elkhounds.
She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Martin; brother, Frank “Buddy” Chandler; and sister, JoAnn Vannoy.
Mary is survived by her sons, Doug Martin (Sherry) and Mark Martin (Pat); grandchildren, Sally Lambert (Scott), Todd Martin (Katey), Jessica Martin, Allison Justice (Matt) and Mitchell Martin; great-grandchildren, Ella, Maggie, Keaton and Keller.
A graveside service for Mary will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Cave Hill Cemetery. All those wishing to attend should meet at the Grinstead gate.
