CIACIO, Leo Joseph, 45, of Louisville, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at his home.
Born in Louisville, he was a Machine Operator at Neff Packaging, and a member of St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church. Leo will be remembered as a kind and loving husband, father, and son and an inspiration to all who knew him.
Leo was preceded in death by his father, Leo Ciacio; and his mother-in-law, Judith Cowhig.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tracy Ciacio; children, Michael Ryan Ciacio and Taylor Renae Ciacio; mother, Sharon Ciacio; sister, Holly Holloway (Brett); father-in-law, Dennis Cowhig; sister-in-law, Cynthia Brian (Chris); nieces, Chelsea and Sarah Baer and Emily Holloway; nephew, Nicholas Holloway; his uncle Jim Sullivan; and many loving cousins.
Leo’s funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Monday, March 30, 2015 at St. Raphael, Bardstown Road at Lancashire Avenue, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from1-8pm on Sunday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, 40205.
