Westerfield, Sarah,

90, of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2015.

Born in Louisville, the former Sarah Margaret Botto was a graduate of Presentation Academy, a retired secretary from LG&E, a homemaker, and a member of St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard G. Westerfield; and parents, John R. and Irene (Nau) Botto.

Sarah is survived by her children, John B. Westerfield (Mary) and Cynthia A. Westerfield; three grandchildren, Susan W. Ellis (Brian) of Elizabethtown, KY and John B. Westerfield II (Brittany) and Richard A. Westerfield (Michelle), all of Louisville; and great-grandchildren, Zachary Ellis and Colin Westerfield.

Sarah's funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, March 20, 2015 at St. Raphael, corner of Bardstown Road and Lancashire, with burial to follow in Cave Hill. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Thursday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
