Lockard, Florence Lucille
Age 96, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2017. She was born January 1, 1921 to the late Eugene and Mary Thompson Davenport.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Byron King Lockard; son, Byron King Lockard, Jr.; and brother, Robert Davenport.
She is survived by her son, Eugene Lockard (Patricia); Sister, Eugenia Braun; granddaughters, Lori Lockard, and Julia Sanders (Patrick); four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 11 AM at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Louisville, KY 40205. Burial will follow in St. Stephens Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 – 11 AM on Monday at Highlands.
