AMLUNG,
Nancy, 79, of Louisville, died Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at Nazareth Home.
Born in Louisville to the late Henry and Evelyn Fangman, Nancy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who spent her life in service to others.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Dara Amlung; a son, Raymond J. Amlung; a sister, Janet Fangman; and a great-grandson, Ethan C. Amlung.
She is survived by her children, Dara Amlung (Sherry), David Amlung (Sandy), Daniel Amlung (Julie), Mary Ann Osterhage (Larry), Becky Balmer (Dave), Doug Amlung (Sally), Monty Amlung (Cheri), and Cindy Rich (Mike); daughter-in-law, Alesia Amlung; brothers, Walton , Roger, and Allen Fangman; sister, Judy Plamp; 22 grandchildren; and 18 great-granchildren.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, October 27, 2017 at St. John Paul II Catholic Church, 3042 Hikes Ln., with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
