Condolence: I am so sorry it has taken me more than a month to send my thoughts (Ken will forgive me now that he's working on a very different time-scale).
Ken glowed. I saw it the first day I met him. and every time over the years that followed. He was nice. And had the best smile.
It is odd the intimacy and distance that exists in being someone's doctor. On our last visit up at Hospice I realized how little I knew of him. But he was very special to me, and to my MA Maggie.
So he must have a very special family as well.
