Duckwall, Anthony Scott,
52, of Louisville, passed away on October 11, 2017,
surrounded by his family and close friends.
Anthony was a certified sports coach & trainer and owner of
Edge Sports Performance.
He is preceded in death by his parents Edward and Gladys Duckwall
Anthony is survived by his loving family: wife, Jodi Chason Duckwall;
sons, Timothy and Skyler Carpenter, Ryan Strickland, and Logan Duckwall;
and two grandchildren.
A celebration of Anthony's life will be held Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 12:00 - 3:00 pm. at
KIVA / Ohio Valley Volleyball Center, 812 Taylor Avenue, Louisville, KY. 40213.
