Niemann, Robert Carl, Sr.,
81, of Louisville, passed away October 6, 2017 at Lee Memorial Gulf Coast Hospital in Ft. Myers, FL. He lived at Maple Gardens Condominiums with his wife of four years, Joyce Lawrance Niemann. He retired from Harpring Sheetmetal as Vice President in 2001.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Hellmann Niemann; his parents, Carl and Dorothy Harpring Niemann; grandsons, Benjamin Robert Niemann and Clay Paxton Mauldin; sisters, Joan N. Seadler (Herman) and Dorothy N. Bradshaw (J. T.).

He is survived by loving wife Joyce Lawrance Niemann; sons, Robert C. Niemann Jr. (Mary Kay), Theodore L. Niemann (Beth), and Thomas A. Niemann (Melinda); daughters, Laura Niemann Duduit (Michael) and Karen Niemann Rice (Pat) and 12 grandchildren; brother, Carl Niemann (Jane) and sister, Betty Harrison.

Visitation will be 2-8 pm, Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am, Monday, October 16, 2017 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 1960 Bardstown Road.
