Richard U. Milliner, 86, passed away September 20, 2017. He was a native of Grayson County and worked at G.E. for 40+ years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Shirley. Richard is survived by his two children Mark Milliner (Melinda) and Marilyn Milliner-Kearney (Gary); grandchildren, Anthony Milliner and Makalyn Kearney; sister, Sara Marie Higdon. His service will be on Saturday, September the 30th at 10am, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville Ky; with burial to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8pm on Friday, September 29th at Highland Funeral Home.
