He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Joe (Walker) Brown and father, Kenneth Vermillion.
He is survived by his step-father, Clyde Brown and step-brother, Robert Brown.
His graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 25, 2017 at Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin, KY.
