Condolence: I've spent many good hours reading the last two books that were published at Ken's death. With Ken's daughter's help, I was able to get a copy. Of course, it was up to Ken's high standards.

My wife and I will light a 24 hour memorial candle for Ken on his death anniversary. We will sit and share our times with Ken to honor his memory, and our love for him.

Of course, we are still sorry for your loss, but let me assure you that we share that loss, too.

Condolence: We offer our prayers to the family of Dr. Ken . We are so sorry for your loss. Dr.Ken was our physician for years and we loved him as a person. His service in the medical field was a gift to the community he served. God's blessings.

Condolence: My wife and I were patients of Ken's for about 40 years. He was recommended to us by a good friend, and once there, we never left. We are truly heartbroken with his passing, and will always miss him. How can you not love a guy with such a great personality and such intellect? As for me, I will miss the many serious and humorous conversations about politics, and about the Civil War, especially in regards to when each new book he wrote as they were printed. Our condolences go out to the family, but also to the office staff and to his patients who will feel lost without him. I know we do. Ken will always have a special place in our hearts and minds. He truly was such a special person, and such a great man and physician. No one can really take his place. God bless you Ken. I hope to see you again some day.

Condolence: Nancy, We just learned of Kenny's death. We have so many wonderful memories of you all during the time Kenny was involved with the Civil War Round Table. He was so knowledgable and added so much to the organization. We have missed both of you in recent years. He will be greatly missed by many from all walks of life. You have our deepest sympathy and your entire family will be in our prayers.

Condolence: Dr. Hafendorfer took care of my family and me for more than 20 years with great humor, understanding, common sense, and compassion. He will be missed. I thank God for having him in our lives, and fear all he did for so many people throughout his life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and yours.

Condolence: My heart is broken and my life will forever be changed by having had such a wonderful man in my life. Dr. H. you were a true gift from God. No doctor can replace you and no human being can replace you as a friend. You meant the world to me and I am so grateful for the loving care, advice and friendship that you shared with Gordon and me. I'll miss our Catholic talks and our political talks. I'll miss that look you would give me over your glasses and I'll miss your encouragement. Rest in peace, pray for us. My heart fills with joy knowing I'll see you again one day. God bless you - may we all learn from your example! Rest now and know how much you were loved on this earth.

Condolence: Dr. Ken was a GREAT MAN. He was my father's, my mother's, and my doctor for over 30 years. He truly loved his patients, and we truly loved him. He had THE BEST personality. He was not just your doctor, he was truly your friend. I am absolutely heartbroken by his passing, and I can not believe I will never get to talk to him again. I LOVED Dr Ken.

Condolence: I have been a patient and friend for over 20 years. My condolences to family and staff. Dr. Kenneth was always there with empathy and a kind word. His staff is like family to each other and to me. I have laughed and cried with dr kenneth through so much. RIP and thank you for being an amazing doctor and friend.
