Epperson, Edwin (Ed)
age 99, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, August 10th. He was born May, 4th 1918 to the late John J. Epperson and Emma M. Simmons. He was a member of Louisville Bible Church and the owner of Banquet Table Buffet in Louisville, KY.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Cleo Tilford Epperson; two brothers, Aubrey and Al Epperson; and two sisters, Ann Jones, and Alda Wheeler.
He is survived by one son, Dixon Epperson (Bonnie); three daughters, Charlene “Joy” Sturgeon (Doug), Janice Marie Ellis (Ed), Suzanne Tosti (Tony); fifteen grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, August 15th at 1:00 PM at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
Visitation will be on Monday at Highlands from 2 – 8 PM.
