, 92, of Louisville, died Sunday, June 4, 2017 at his residence.
Born in Louisville, he was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII and retired from AT&T after 40 years of service. He was a member of Pioneers of AT&T, the American Legion (Highland Post), and St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church. Leroy loved gardening, travel, and most especially, his family.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Ruth (Densford) Reinstedler; and his two daughters, Ruth Ann Bryant and Katherine Wolff.
Leroy is survived by his son, Mark Reinstedler (Kathleen); five grandchildren, Carrie Early (Patrick), John Wolff, Sarah Bryant, Adam Reinstedler (Sarah), and Christopher Reinstedler; and four great-grandchildren, Eleanor, Jacob, Anna, and Franklin.
His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 Thursday, June 8, 2017 at St. Raphael, Bardstown Road at Lancashire Ave., with burial to follow in Resthaven. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Wednesday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
