McDonald Madge, 69, of Louisville, passed away, Friday, May 19, 2017.
She was a medical transcription. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. Cogswell; stepson, Craig F. Cogswell.
Madge is survived by her daughters, Mindy Ziegler (Marvin) and Kim Kirby (Adrion); stepson, Billy Cogswell; grandchildren; Ashleigh, Nathanial, Connor, Ally, Emily, Samantha, A.J., Shyanne, Nick; and great-grandchildren, Elena, Brycen, Sophia, C.J., Brielle, Gavin and Kalia.
Her visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at
Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with a service to follow at 7p.m. at the funeral home.
The family chose cremation.
