SCHWINDEL
William (Pat), 85, passed away Monday, March 27th, 2017. Pat was a native of Louisville and a 1950 graduate of Flaget High School. He was retired from South Central Bell and Metropolitan Sewer District. Having served in the Navy, he was a veteran of the Korean War.
Pat was preceded in death by his parents William Frank and Mary Bernadette Miles Schwindel; and one sister, Norma Frances Bickett. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Betty Rose (Woolfolk) Schwindel; his children Kevin, and Karen Schwindel, and Sheryl Distler (Walt); grandchildren, Chris (Emily), Tony, and Andrea Distler also survive.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 31st, 2017 at 11 am at Highlands Funeral Home with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 3-8 pm Thursday, March 30th at the funeral home.
