Patricia Ann, 78, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William McLeid; son, Terry York; sister, Catherine Nichols; brother, Carlos Adkins; and parents, John and Nettie Adkins.
She is survived by her sons, Bruce York, Steve York, and William G. McLeid (Jana); daughter-in-law, Lisa York; and grandchildren, Heather and Chris York, and Sam, Jacob, and Matthew McLeid.
Her funeral service will be at noon Tuesday, February 7 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at Highlands.
