Lawson, Frances, 87, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017.
Born in Russellville, the former Frances Williams was a homemaker and a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Lawson; infant son, William; and sister, Imelda Thornberry.
Frances is survived by her children, Gil Lawson (Cynthia), Beth Murphy (Dan), Laurie Geary (Jim) and Tim Lawson; and grandchildren, Sarah (Steve), Zachary, Eric, Bobby, Nick, Thomas, Lucas, Tyler and Matthew.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at St. Francis of Assisi, 1960 Bardstown Road, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 pm Monday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
