Clariss, 92, passed away November 21, 2016 at Seneca Place. She was the former Clariss Bierbaum.
Clariss was a member of Melbourne Heights Baptist Church. She worked for Louisville Gas and Electric and Stock Transfer Department for 20 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mamie Merhoff and Edwin T. Bierbaum; husband, John J Lloyd; brother, Bud Bierbaum; and sister Mary Lucille “Ceal” Wheeler.
She is survived by her daughter Martha Lloyd.
Her visitation will be Friday, November 25, 2016 from 2-8 p.m. at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road. Her funeral will be Saturday at 12 p.m. with burial to follow in Resthaven Cemetery.
