FINCHER, Paul Welton Sr., 81, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016.
Born in Ector, TX, he was a U.S. Army veteran, Vice President of a property management company, and a member of Southeast Christian Church. He enjoyed golf, fishing, UK football, and family time.
Paul was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Edith Burgett; father, Silas Paul Fincher; stepfather, James Kingsley; and brother, Lawrence Eugene Fincher.
He is survived by his wife, Carol D. Fincher; children, Rita Dillman (Gary), Nita Westbrook (Curtis), Cynthia George (Kevin), Paul Fincher, Jr. (Dana), David Grindstaff (Rebecca), Christopher Bennett (Vanessa), and Michael Bennett; 15 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
Paul’s funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road. Visitation will be from 2-7pm Monday, and Tuesday starting at 11:00 am until time of service, at the funeral home.
