Obituary for Dorothy Lee English
ENGLISH, Dorothy Lee, 91, of Louisville, passed away Monday, January 11, 2016 at Taylor Manor Nursing Home.
Born in Hardinsburg, the former Dorothy Payne was a waitress at the Executive Inn East. She belonged to Westport Road Baptist Church, Lady Auxiliary Louisville PHCC and was a Ladybug for Kosair Sandbags.
She was preceded in death by daughter, Peggy English.
Dorothy is survived by husband, John English; sons, Jack and Jason English; sister, Linda Glore; and 2 grandchildren.
Her visitation will be from 10:00-11:30 am with a service starting at 11:30 Friday, January 15, 2016 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
