Donald Eugene, 79, of Louisville, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, December 28, 2015.
Don attended Baptist High School and Georgetown College. He was well-known for his skills in printing and graphic design, as well as his wood-working talents. He was a member of St. Athanasius Catholic Church

Don was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Mattingly Jarett.

He is survived by his brother, Kenneth Jarett; daughters, Dona Ferguson, Terri Jarett, and Lisa Krystaponis (John); step-sons, Dale Mattingly and Steve Mattingly; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

His funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with entombment at Resthaven Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service at Highlands.
