Underwood, William H., 81, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Bill was a retired member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 89. He worked for the Kroger Warehouse for 35 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Ruth P. Underwood. He is survived by his sister, Sadie Napier; sister-in-law, Helen Wilkerson; nieces, Sharon Hess, Linda King, Lois Sibley and Charlotte Elstone; nephews, Olin Dossey, Lloyd Underwood, Clyde Jaggers, Barry Wilkerson and James Wilkerson; and numerous great nieces and nephews. The family would like to especially thank his caregiver, Annette O’Bryan and her family. His funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00 -8:00 p.m. Friday at Highlands.
